Phone Blitz


This Training Course Focuses On Improving The Following Phone Skills;


Increase Sales through Prospecting and Owner Follow Up Every Manager MUST attend one session, preferably two, in order to assess and evaluate phone skill levels.


Practical Application
  • Handling LIVE incoming calls
  • Calling back unsold showroom traffic
  • Main emphasis to be on owner-base/outbound calls to create repeat and referral sales
  • Additional types of calls may be done in this session per Dealer request:
  • Lease Renewals, Target Marketing, Service R.O.’s, Orphan Owners
  • The purpose of these sessions is to develop the individual skill levels of sales staff and managers
  • For Optimal Training Results each student must get on the phone to experience the practical application of the training techniques (under the supervision of a Certified ATN Trainer)
  • Unless the students enjoy the immediate personal success of the training, the students and dealership long-term results will be compromised.
