Sales Consultant

Sales consultants are the first to meet and greet consumers. They uncover their wants and needs via series of questions. Sales consultants make clear the automobiles' features and benefits at the dealership and on the test ride. Sales consultants often negotiate, or present, the final terms and price of the sale.

Internet Department Sales Manager

The Internet Department Manger manages the daily operations of the Internet sales consultants. In addition, they develop policy and procedures to ensure a positive ROI through online advertising and third party lead generation.

F & I Manager

The F & I Manager completes all the paperwork involved with closing a car deal. Additionally, the F & I manager negotiates finance rates and terms with lenders and finance companies. They also present aftermarket products such as extended service contracts, credit insurance, and other products designed to protect the customer’s investment.

Special Finance Department Manager

Special Finance Manager negotiates finance rates and terms with lenders and finance companies for customers who have bad credit or who have no established credit. In smaller dealerships, the special finance manager may also perform the duties of the sales consultant.
